Deposits and withdrawals via Latam Online Banking and Terminals

Procedure:

  1. Log in to myAlpari and go to the "Transfer funds" – "Deposit funds" section. Choose "LatAm cash/ LatAm online banking”, your deposit currency (COP or MXN) and select the account to which you would like to make a deposit. Click "Continue".
  2. Next, enter the amount you wish to transfer and then click "Continue". You will then be redirected to provider’s page where you will need to select the deposit method and payment details in order to complete the payment.

Important Information:

Please read through the following information before making a deposit:

  • Deposits can only be made in the name of the Alpari account holder.
  • The minimum deposit amount is 5 USD. The maximum deposit amount per transaction is 3,000 USD and there is a monthly limit of 5,000 USD.
  • Well-known local solutions are available via this payment method in each country (such as Boletto, OXXO, SPEI and Efecty and many more). Please check the full list of payment solutions on the provider’s page during the deposit process.
  • Transfers from third parties and client wallets registered in American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, United States of America, Japan, China, Hong Kong, Macao, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, Canada, Indonesia, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, and European Union countries are not accepted. Rejected funds are returned to the sender.

Processing time

Funds are generally credited to your account within a few hours, but it shouldn't take more than one working day from the time the funds are credited to the company's account.

Commission

LatAm Online Banking:  6.3%
LatAm Terminals: COP – 6%, MXN – 6.6%

Procedure:

  1. Log in to myAlpari and go to the "Transfer funds" section. Choose the account you want to withdraw funds from and “Online Bank Payments” as your withdrawal method. Fill out the withdrawal request.
  2. A confirmation code will be sent to your registered mobile phone. You will need to enter this code before you can submit your request.
  3. In the "Funds transfer history" section you can check the status of your transfer. Once you see the status "Funds sent", check to make sure the funds have been transferred to your Skrill wallet.

Important information

Please keep the following in mind when making a withdrawal via LatAm Online Banking:

  • Alpari reserves the right to request a client's proof of identity when they submit a request to withdraw funds to a Skrill electronic wallet (see clause 1.5 of the Regulations on Non-Trading Operations).         
  • Clients can only make withdrawals via Online Banking from their myAlpari accounts to accounts in their own name.       
  • The maximum amount of withdrawals via LatAm Online Banking is 3,000 USD per transaction and 5,000 USD per month.

Processing time

Within one working day of the request being confirmed.

Commission

1% + 2 USD. The commission will be deducted from the withdrawal amount in your request.
