Manager’s investment account: how to top up your account and/or withdraw funds

What is a Managers Investment Account, and how do I make a deposit to it?

A Managers Investment Account is an account that is designed to allow a trader to add his own, or private investors, capital to his PAMM Account.

If the trader wants to increase the amount of his own investment in the PAMM Account, he should deposit funds to his Managers Investment Account.

To do this, you should:

• Log in to myAlpari.
• Go to the section "My PAMM Accounts".
• Select the appropriate PAMM Account.
• Near the bottom of the page, you will see the heading "Managers Investment Account", click the button "Deposit Funds".
• Enter the amount you wish to deposit, and then click "Invest Funds".

What is the manager's capital, and how do I change it?

The manager's capital is the manager's own investment in his PAMM Account and is a guarantee that the manager and the investors have the same interests. The manager can only return their capital through liquidating the PAMM Account.

Example: if the amount of capital in the account is 10,000 USD, of which 3,000 USD belongs to the manager, then the manager has 10,000 USD to trade with and there is 7,000 USD which can be withdrawn. The manager's capital is the guarantee that the manager acts in the interests of the investors.

When the PAMM Account is being created, the manager injects his own capital which can be increased at a later date, but never decreased.

To change the manager's capital on your PAMM Account:

• Log in to myAlpari.
• From "My Accounts", select "PAMM Accounts".
• Select your PAMM Account investment account.
• In the window that pops up, click "Change Manager's Capital".
• Enter the value you wish to set as the manager's capital. Read and agree to the terms and conditions of changing the manager's capital and click "Change".

How do I make a withdrawal from my manager's investment account?

To make a withdrawal:

• Log in to myAlpari.
• Go to "My PAMM Accounts".
• Find your investment account.
• Click "Withdraw" in the window that pops up.
