Procedure

  1. Log in to myAlpari and go to the "Transfer funds" - "Deposit funds" section. Choose "FasaPay" and your deposit currency (USD or IDR). Choose the account to which you would like to make a deposit. Click "Continue".
  2. You will be taken to the FasaPay page to enter the password for your account.
  3. The next step will be to confirm the payment. Once this is done, the funds will be transferred to your account.

Important information

Please read through the following information before making a deposit with FasaPay:

  • The minimum commission for a transfer is 0.01 USD / 100 IDR.
  • For more detailed information about commission please visit the FasaPay site.

Processing time

Funds are generally posted to your account instantly, but it shouldn't take more than one business day from the time the funds are credited to your Alpari account.

Prodcedure

  1. Log in to myAlpari and go to the "Transfer funds" section. Choose an account you are going to withdraw funds from and FasaPay. Fill out a withdrawal request.
  2. A confirmation code will be sent to your registered mobile phone. You will need to enter this code before you can submit your request.
  3. In the "Funds transfer history" section you can check the status of your transfer. Once you see the status "Funds sent", check to make sure the funds have been transferred to your FasaPay account.

Important information

Please read through the following information before making a withdrawal with FasaPay:

  • The minimum commission for a transfer is 0.01 USD / 100 IDR.
  • The maximum commission for a transfer is 5 USD / 50,000 IDR.
  • For more detailed information about commission please visit the FasaPay site.
  • Alpari reserves the right to request a client's proof of identity when they submit a request to withdraw funds to a FasaPay account (see clause 1.5 of the Regulations on Non-Trading Operations).
