Deposits and withdrawals via PayRedeem eCards

Procedure

If you already have a purchased voucher, please enter the PIN code and complete deposit.
You will then be redirected to provider’s portal where you will need to register/login and follow instructions in order to buy your voucher. In case you don’t have a Vload account, when you initiate your deposit, you will be redirected to the provider’s site, where you will be requested to register and approve your personal account only for the first time.
Once you purchase the voucher and receive your voucher PIN, please enter the PIN code in myAlpari deposit page and complete deposit.
Please note that the credit card transactions are being processed under the rules of the provider (Vload).

Important information

Maximum amount of Single Voucher is 500 USD or EUR.
If amount of voucher is greater than 500 USD or EUR, Vload will offer you Bundle Voucher purchase.
To redeem Bundle Voucher you have to input main PIN (mother-pin), otherwise your deposit request will decline.
Maximum amount of Bundle Voucher is up to 25 000 USD or EUR.
Payments from third parties are not accepted. The name of the Sender must match the name registered with myAlpari.
Minimum amount of deposit — 10 USD/EUR.
While depositing via Vload, please fill in the email address of your personal Vload account.
In case of any personal information mismatch with Vload account, Company has the right to ask for any supporting documentation from client's Vload account via official communication channels.
You have to verify account with Vload first in order to purchase a voucher and then to redeem it.

The deposit amount should be credited to your trading account instantly but no longer than 1 business day.

2.5% for transfers in USD, EUR. During introduction promo period Alpari compensates 2.5%.

Procedure

Log in to your myAlpari account, select "Withdraw funds" which can be found on the side menu under “Transfer Funds.”
In “Online Payment System” section, click the “Vload” button to request a withdrawal.
Follow the instructions on the form, complete the Fund Withdrawal form with the requested details and confirm the withdrawal.
You will then receive a 4-digit payment password via SMS or at the email address that’s associated with your myAlpari account. Please check your Spam/Junk folder if you do not see the email in your Inbox. Enter this password in the required field on the withdrawal confirmation page, and click "Submit".
You can now track the progress of your transfer through your myAlpari account. On the side menu in the “Transfer funds” drop-down menu, click on “Fund Transfer history.” You can track all deposits and withdrawals that are still pending completion.
As long as the status of your withdrawal appears as "Processing" in this section, it means that your request has been accepted and is pending completion. When the status changes to "Funds sent" (usually within 1 business day of your initial request) it means that the funds have been sent to your Vload account.
Client will be issued a payout voucher that can be redeemed or cashed out to receive the money via bankwire.

Important information

In order to withdraw via Vload, you have to make an initial deposit via Vload.
If you wish to withdraw your initial deposit, you have to use the same source of funds from which you originally deposited.
