How do I reset my trading account password?

Trading is risky. Your capital is at risk.
If you wish to update the password you created, please follow the below steps:
Follow the steps below to reset your trading account password(s):
- Log in to Alpari > Profile > Accounts.
- Select the required trading account.
- Select MetaTrader Terminals password.
- Enter your previous password and create your new password.
- Alternatively, you can select the "Forgot password?" option and create a new password after successfully verifying your account ownership.
Don't disclose your password to any third party to keep your account and funds safe.
Your password should:
- Include 8 – 20 characters.
- Consists of both uppercase and lowercase characters.
- Include at least one number.
- Include at least one special character.
Example: XsswbE2Qg!
Is my trading account password the same as my Alpari password?
You create both passwords yourself. Your Alpari password is set when you register an account on the Alpari website. You then choose a separate password for each new trading account you create.
Tip: We strongly recommend you use different passwords for your trading accounts and Alpari access to maintain the highest level of security and safety of your personal information and funds.
